On the surface, Zynerix looks like an ordinary forex and crypto broker. Its public site is presented at https://zynerix.net/. But surface impressions are exactly what these operations rely on — the substance behind Zynerix is where the problems begin.

Is Zynerix regulated?

We could find no evidence that Zynerix holds a valid licence from any recognised financial regulator. Trading client funds without authorisation is one of the strongest indicators of a scam — there is no regulator to complain to, and no protection for your money.

Red flags we identified

• Account dashboards that show “gains” with no real market exposure
• No credible physical address or verifiable corporate record
• Offshore or shell-company registration used to avoid oversight
• Opaque or anonymous corporate ownership
• Aggressive “account managers” coaching clients to deposit

Our analysis

Zynerix’s website provides no regulatory disclosures and fails to list basic corporate information, such as its legal entity name, registered address, jurisdiction of incorporation, or contact details. This lack of transparency makes it impossible to verify whether the platform holds any valid license or operates under legitimate oversight. Platforms with these characteristics are often unregulated or fraudulent, posing significant risks to investor funds. Therefore, Zynerix appears to be a scam.

Can you recover money lost to Zynerix?

If you have deposited with Zynerix, do not pay any further “fees” to withdraw — that is part of the trap. Funds sent to operations like this can sometimes be traced on-chain and pursued through the exchanges and processors that received them.
