Who is Trade Prime Markets?
On the surface, Trade Prime Markets looks like an ordinary forex and crypto broker. Its public site is presented at https://www.tradeprimemarkets.com. But surface impressions are exactly what these operations rely on — the substance behind Trade Prime Markets is where the problems begin.
Is Trade Prime Markets regulated?
We could find no evidence that Trade Prime Markets holds a valid licence from any recognised financial regulator. Trading client funds without authorisation is one of the strongest indicators of a scam — there is no regulator to complain to, and no protection for your money.
Red flags we identified
- No verifiable licence from a recognised financial regulator
- No credible physical address or verifiable corporate record
- Account dashboards that show “gains” with no real market exposure
- Opaque or anonymous corporate ownership
- Offshore or shell-company registration used to avoid oversight
Our analysis
Trade Prime Market Limited claims to be registered in Saint Lucia, licensed and regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), is a broker operated in Dubai, U.A.E., which offers a range of investment products to traders, including Currencies, Commodity, Indices, Cryptos, Shares, ETFs and more instruments for trading in global markets. Upon investigation, we found that Trade Prime Market Limited is registered with the International Financial Centre (IFC) in Saint Lucia, an International Business Companies Registry that doesn't license forex trading brokerage activities. it is critical to note that this mere registration doesn't mean being licensed to carry on forex trading activities. The financial watchdog of St. Lucia, Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) has stated that forex trading activities are not licensed there. Without any other valid financial licenses, Trade Prime Market's financial services for forex trading are not legitimate. However, Trade Prime Market Limited is also not authorized and regulated by the DuBai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), the Central Bank of U.A.E.(CBUAE), the Securities and Commodities Authority(SCA) in the United Arab Emirates. The truth is that Trade Prime Market is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors'money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Trade Prime Market is a scam.
