SoegeeFX markets itself as an online trading and investment service. Its public site is presented at https://soegeefutures.com/. As with most operations of this kind, the polished front end conceals a lack of the basic protections a real, regulated broker is required to provide.
Is SoegeeFX regulated?
We could find no evidence that SoegeeFX holds a valid licence from any recognised financial regulator. Trading client funds without authorisation is one of the strongest indicators of a scam — there is no regulator to complain to, and no protection for your money.

However, when we checked its domain, we found it was created in 2011. So how could it start its business in 2000? It is a red flag here. Besides, SoegeeFX claims to be a regulated broker regulated in the Indonesia Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (BAPPEBTI). We do find a match result to SoegeeFX in BAPPEBTI. But please be informed that BAPPEBTI is not a regulatory authority that issues licenses for forex trading or regulates forex activities. The truth is that SoegeeFX is not under valid regulation to do forex by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
