Who is Rosystyle Wealth?
On the surface, Rosystyle Wealth looks like an ordinary forex and crypto broker. Its public site is presented at http://www.rosyglobal.com/. But surface impressions are exactly what these operations rely on — the substance behind Rosystyle Wealth is where the problems begin.
Is Rosystyle Wealth regulated?
We could find no evidence that Rosystyle Wealth holds a valid licence from any recognised financial regulator. Trading client funds without authorisation is one of the strongest indicators of a scam — there is no regulator to complain to, and no protection for your money.
Red flags we identified
- Opaque or anonymous corporate ownership
- No verifiable licence from a recognised financial regulator
- Aggressive “account managers” coaching clients to deposit
- Offshore or shell-company registration used to avoid oversight
- No credible physical address or verifiable corporate record
Our analysis
Rosystyle Wealth is not a reliable broker for the following reasons. Firstly, Rosystyle Wealth claims it was established in 2016 and acquired the well-known Mauritius foreign exchange broker AUSINVEST in 2018. However, when we checked its domain, we found it was created in 2021. So how could it start its business in 2016? It is a red flag here. Secondly, Rosystyle Wealth claims it is a UK-based firm. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator – FCA. However, we did not find any match results to this broker in FCA. That means Rosystyle Wealth is not an approved broker in the UK. Thirdly, Rosystyle Wealth claims its regulation by the US National Futures Association (NFA) under an NFA ID: 0534709. When we searched in NFA, we found this broker is not under valid regulation by NFA since it is not an approved member of this regulator. The truth is that Rosystyle Wealth is not overseen by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
Can you recover money lost to Rosystyle Wealth?
If you have deposited with Rosystyle Wealth, do not pay any further “fees” to withdraw — that is part of the trap.
