On the surface, Promax Trading looks like an ordinary forex and crypto broker. Its public site is presented at https://promaxtrading.com/. But surface impressions are exactly what these operations rely on — the substance behind Promax Trading is where the problems begin.
Is Promax Trading regulated?
We could find no evidence that Promax Trading holds a valid licence from any recognised financial regulator. Trading client funds without authorisation is one of the strongest indicators of a scam — there is no regulator to complain to, and no protection for your money.

Promax Trading claims to be registered in Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. We searched the FSA and didn't find a matching result. And FSA of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines doesn't regulate forex and it is not a regulatory institution, so having registration does not mean being authorized to provide financial services. The truth is that Promax Trading is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
