Who is Pix Capital?

Pix Capital markets itself as an online trading and investment service. Its public site is presented at https://www.pixcapitals.com/. As with most operations of this kind, the polished front end conceals a lack of the basic protections a real, regulated broker is required to provide.

Is Pix Capital regulated?

Pix Capital provides no verifiable regulatory licence. An unregulated broker answers to no one: it can freeze withdrawals, invent fees, and disappear with deposits, all without consequence. This alone is reason enough to stay away.

Red flags we identified

  • No verifiable licence from a recognised financial regulator
  • No credible physical address or verifiable corporate record
  • Offshore or shell-company registration used to avoid oversight
  • Aggressive “account managers” coaching clients to deposit
  • Withdrawals reportedly blocked behind “taxes,” “fees” or account “upgrades”

Our analysis

Pix Capital claims to be registered in Saint Lucia and to maintain an office address in Dubai. First, a search of the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry shows that the entity Pix Capitals Limited, as referenced by the platform, does not appear as a fully registered company. It may still be in the process of registration, meaning it currently lacks even basic corporate standing. Moreover, even if registration were completed, it would only confer International Business Company (IBC) status, which does not constitute a valid financial services or forex trading license. Second, despite listing a Dubai presence, Pix Capitals Limited holds no license from any of the relevant UAE regulatory authorities, including the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), or the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE). This means its operations in the UAE are not authorized and fall entirely outside regulatory oversight. Pix Capital is not regulated by any credible financial authority. Therefore, it appears to be a scam.

Can you recover money lost to Pix Capital?

If you have deposited with Pix Capital, do not pay any further “fees” to withdraw — that is part of the trap. Funds sent to operations like this can sometimes be traced on-chain and pursued through the exchanges and processors that received them. Whether recovery is realistic depends on how you paid and how quickly you act.
