This does not constitute a valid financial licence. The IFC neither regulates nor licenses forex trading activities. MOYA Markets also claims to have an office in Egypt. However, Egypt currently has no regulatory authority that licenses forex trading activities. MOYA Markets is in fact unlicensed by any regulators. Therefore, it is a scam.
