Who is LTM SV?

LTM SV markets itself as an online trading and investment service. Its public site is presented at https://bcsmarkets.com/en/. It claims to be based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. As with most operations of this kind, the polished front end conceals a lack of the basic protections a real, regulated broker is required to provide.

Is LTM SV regulated?

We could find no evidence that LTM SV holds a valid licence from any recognised financial regulator. Trading client funds without authorisation is one of the strongest indicators of a scam — there is no regulator to complain to, and no protection for your money.

Red flags we identified

  • Account dashboards that show “gains” with no real market exposure
  • Withdrawals reportedly blocked behind “taxes,” “fees” or account “upgrades”
  • Aggressive “account managers” coaching clients to deposit
  • Unrealistic profit claims and pressure to deposit more
  • Opaque or anonymous corporate ownership

Our analysis

Following an investigation, BCS Markets changed its name to LTM SV, claiming to be currently operated by LTM SV LLC. The broker has not displayed any regulatory or licensing information before or since, and only claims to be registered in St Vincent. Although we found LTM SV LLC in the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (FSA) registry, please note that this registration only grants it International Business Company (IBC) status. This does not constitute a valid financial licence. Furthermore, the SVG FSA has publicly stated that it neither regulates nor licences forex trading activities. LTM SV also does not appear to be authorised by any recognised regulator to carry out trading activities, which makes it highly risky. Therefore, we label LTM SV as a scam to remind investors to pay attention to the relevant risks.

Can you recover money lost to LTM SV?

If you have deposited with LTM SV, do not pay any further “fees” to withdraw — that is part of the trap. Funds sent to operations like this can sometimes be traced on-chain and pursued through the exchanges and processors that received them. Whether recovery is realistic depends on how you paid and how quickly you act.
