Who is ehamarkets?
On the surface, ehamarkets looks like an ordinary forex and crypto broker. Its public site is presented at https://www.ehamarkets.com/en-US. But surface impressions are exactly what these operations rely on — the substance behind ehamarkets is where the problems begin.
Is ehamarkets regulated?
We could find no evidence that ehamarkets holds a valid licence from any recognised financial regulator. Trading client funds without authorisation is one of the strongest indicators of a scam — there is no regulator to complain to, and no protection for your money.
Red flags we identified
- No credible physical address or verifiable corporate record
- Opaque or anonymous corporate ownership
- Aggressive “account managers” coaching clients to deposit
- Account dashboards that show “gains” with no real market exposure
- Withdrawals reportedly blocked behind “taxes,” “fees” or account “upgrades”
Our analysis
ehamarkets claims to be authorized by the Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA). However, while a licence under the stated details does appear in the official LFSA register, the registered website domain associated with that licence does not match the website currently used by ehamarkets. This mismatch raises serious doubts about whether ehamarkets is genuinely operating under the claimed authorization. Moreover, ehamarkets does not provide any additional verifiable licensing information or clarification regarding this discrepancy. Until the firm can demonstrate that its current website and operations are explicitly covered by a valid licence, we assess ehamarkets as likely unlicensed or potentially fraudulent. Therefore, ehamarkets appears to be a scam.
Can you recover money lost to ehamarkets?
If you have deposited with ehamarkets, do not pay any further “fees” to withdraw — that is part of the trap. Funds sent to operations like this can sometimes be traced on-chain and pursued through the exchanges and processors that received them. Whether recovery is realistic depends on how you paid and how quickly you act.
