It claims to be based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. But surface impressions are exactly what these operations rely on — the substance behind Cooper Markets is where the problems begin.
Is Cooper Markets regulated?
Cooper Markets provides no verifiable regulatory licence. An unregulated broker answers to no one: it can freeze withdrawals, invent fees, and disappear with deposits, all without consequence. This alone is reason enough to stay away.

Cooper Markets used to claim to be registered with the Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA) under number 24887. However, the registration number has been canceled as we haven't found any corresponding records on the SVG FSA. Things have worsened as the website of Cooper Markets has been disabled.
