Who is Ace FX?

On the surface, Ace FX looks like an ordinary forex and crypto broker. Its public site is presented at https://fxace.com/. But surface impressions are exactly what these operations rely on — the substance behind Ace FX is where the problems begin.

Is Ace FX regulated?

We could find no evidence that Ace FX holds a valid licence from any recognised financial regulator. Trading client funds without authorisation is one of the strongest indicators of a scam — there is no regulator to complain to, and no protection for your money.

Red flags we identified

  • Aggressive “account managers” coaching clients to deposit
  • Unrealistic profit claims and pressure to deposit more
  • Account dashboards that show “gains” with no real market exposure
  • No verifiable licence from a recognised financial regulator
  • No credible physical address or verifiable corporate record

Our analysis

At first, Ace FX has no regulation when you view its home page. Then, when you click “Group” on its top page, Ace FX seems to have connections with a legit broker named First Prudential Markets Ltd or FP Markets – The firm shows the same regulations as FP Markets. However, if you check the "same regulations" information on FP Markets, you will get the message that the two companies have no relationship. That is to say: the licenses Ace FX claimed is a totally lie. Ace FX is attempting to confuse traders and attract them by choosing its misleading licenses–a popular scam tactic known as firm cloning. Therefore, we can conclude that Ace FX is a scam.

Can you recover money lost to Ace FX?

If you have deposited with Ace FX, do not pay any further “fees” to withdraw — that is part of the trap. Funds sent to operations like this can sometimes be traced on-chain and pursued through the exchanges and processors that received them. Whether recovery is realistic depends on how you paid and how quickly you act.
