On the surface, Excellent looks like an ordinary forex and crypto broker. Its public site is presented at https://erlbank.com/. But surface impressions are exactly what these operations rely on — the substance behind Excellent is where the problems begin.
Is Excellent regulated?
We could find no evidence that Excellent holds a valid licence from any recognised financial regulator. Trading client funds without authorisation is one of the strongest indicators of a scam — there is no regulator to complain to, and no protection for your money.

Our analysis
Excellent claims its registration in the United Kingdom, but having registration does not mean having any regulations. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator – FCA. However, we did not find any match results to Excellent in FCA. Besides, this broker claims it is regulated by the National Futures Association (NFA) with regulation number: 0541481. When we searched in the NFA, we found that Excellent is not an NFA member. That means Excellent is actually not regulated by any regulators. Investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
