Who is INVFX?
On the surface, INVFX looks like an ordinary forex and crypto broker. Its public site is presented at https://www.invfx.co.uk/. It claims to be based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. But surface impressions are exactly what these operations rely on — the substance behind INVFX is where the problems begin.
Is INVFX regulated?
INVFX references SVG FSA in connection with its regulatory status. We were unable to confirm this as a valid, current authorisation to handle client funds for the services INVFX offers. Claimed or borrowed regulatory references are a common tactic used to manufacture false credibility.
Red flags we identified
- Unrealistic profit claims and pressure to deposit more
- No verifiable licence from a recognised financial regulator
- Withdrawals reportedly blocked behind “taxes,” “fees” or account “upgrades”
- No credible physical address or verifiable corporate record
- Offshore or shell-company registration used to avoid oversight
