Is Ace Markets regulated?

Ace Markets provides no verifiable regulatory licence. An unregulated broker answers to no one: it can freeze withdrawals, invent fees, and disappear with deposits, all without consequence. This alone is reason enough to stay away.

Our analysis

Ace Markets claims it is fully regulated to operate the business under the New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (NZ FMA) with an FSP Number: FSP464006. However, when we searched the FSP number in FMA, we found this broker is no longer registered. The regulation info this broker claims is a false statement for unsuspecting traders. The truth is, Ace Markets is not regulated by any regulators. Investors' money. That means investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
