Who is Quantic Venture?

Quantic Venture markets itself as an online trading and investment service. Its public site is presented at https://quanticventure.com/. As with most operations of this kind, the polished front end conceals a lack of the basic protections a real, regulated broker is required to provide.

Is Quantic Venture regulated?

Quantic Venture provides no verifiable regulatory licence. An unregulated broker answers to no one: it can freeze withdrawals, invent fees, and disappear with deposits, all without consequence. This alone is reason enough to stay away.

Red flags we identified

  • Offshore or shell-company registration used to avoid oversight
  • Account dashboards that show “gains” with no real market exposure
  • Aggressive “account managers” coaching clients to deposit
  • Unrealistic profit claims and pressure to deposit more
  • No verifiable licence from a recognised financial regulator

Our analysis

Quantic Venture is not a reliable broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true. Quantic Venture claims to be operated by a group of companies that consist of Quantic Venture Limited and Quantix FS Ltd. According to this broker, Quantic Venture Limited is regulated by the National Futures Association (NFA) with ID number: 0530159, and Quantix FS Limited is authorized and regulated as a Securities Dealer by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles (Seychelles FSA) with a license number: SD021. However, we did not find any match results to Quantix FS Limited in the Seychelles FSA. Besides, we found a match result to Quantic Venture Limited in NFA, but it is not under valid regulation by NFA since it is not an approved NFA member. The truth is that Quantic Venture is not overseen by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

Can you recover money lost to Quantic Venture?

If you have deposited with Quantic Venture, do not pay any further “fees” to withdraw — that is part of the trap. Funds sent to operations like this can sometimes be traced on-chain and pursued through the exchanges and processors that received them. Whether recovery is realistic depends on how you paid and how quickly you act.
