Who is Nation FX?

Nation FX markets itself as an online trading and investment service. Its public site is presented at https://nation-fx.com/. It claims to be based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. As with most operations of this kind, the polished front end conceals a lack of the basic protections a real, regulated broker is required to provide.

Is Nation FX regulated?

Nation FX provides no verifiable regulatory licence. An unregulated broker answers to no one: it can freeze withdrawals, invent fees, and disappear with deposits, all without consequence. This alone is reason enough to stay away.

Red flags we identified

  • Opaque or anonymous corporate ownership
  • Unrealistic profit claims and pressure to deposit more
  • No credible physical address or verifiable corporate record
  • Aggressive “account managers” coaching clients to deposit
  • No verifiable licence from a recognised financial regulator

Our analysis

Nation FX does not disclose any regulatory licenses or official supervision information. The company only states that it is registered in Saint Vincent and has an office address in Cyprus. However, upon verification, we first checked the SVG FSA's public registry and found an entry for NATIONFX LLC, but its current status is clearly marked as "Liquidated," indicating that the company may no longer be operational or is undergoing formal dissolution. Secondly, we searched the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) registry of authorized firms and found no record of Nation FX being licensed or supervised by CySEC. This suggests that its claimed operations in Cyprus are not authorized or regulated. Given these findings, we consider Nation FX a potential scam.

Can you recover money lost to Nation FX?

If you have deposited with Nation FX, do not pay any further “fees” to withdraw — that is part of the trap. Funds sent to operations like this can sometimes be traced on-chain and pursued through the exchanges and processors that received them. Whether recovery is realistic depends on how you paid and how quickly you act.
