On the surface, XFortunes looks like an ordinary forex and crypto broker. Its public site is presented at https://www.x-fortunes.com/. It claims to be based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. But surface impressions are exactly what these operations rely on — the substance behind XFortunes is where the problems begin.
Is XFortunes regulated?
XFortunes provides no verifiable regulatory licence. An unregulated broker answers to no one: it can freeze withdrawals, invent fees, and disappear with deposits, all without consequence. This alone is reason enough to stay away.

Our analysis
XFortunes is a trading name of Mango Group LLC, which claims to be registered in Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. We searched the FSA and found a matching result. But FSA of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines doesn't regulate forex and it is not a regulatory institution, so having registration does not mean being authorized to provide financial services. The truth is that XFortunes is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
