Is Climax Prime regulated?
We could find no evidence that Climax Prime holds a valid licence from any recognised financial regulator. Trading client funds without authorisation is one of the strongest indicators of a scam — there is no regulator to complain to, and no protection for your money.

Climax Prime claims to be registered in Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. We searched the FSA and found a matching result. But FSA of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines doesn't regulate forex and it is not a regulatory institution, so having registration does not mean being authorized to provide financial services. The truth is that Climax Prime is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
