Madden Markets markets itself as an online trading and investment service. Its public site is presented at https://madsfx.com/en/. As with most operations of this kind, the polished front end conceals a lack of the basic protections a real, regulated broker is required to provide.
Is Madden Markets regulated?
Madden Markets provides no verifiable regulatory licence. An unregulated broker answers to no one: it can freeze withdrawals, invent fees, and disappear with deposits, all without consequence. This alone is reason enough to stay away.

Madden Markets claims to be regulated by Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) and National Futures Association (NFA). We searched the FINTRAC and NFA, found a matching result. But FINTRAC doesn't regulate forex or issue forex licenses, so having registration does not mean being authorized to provide financial services. And Madden Markets is not an NFA member and thus not subject to the regulator's oversight. Its NFA ID is only for tracking purposes only. The truth is that Madden Markets is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Madden Markets is a scam.
