Is NovaFX Holdings regulated?
NovaFX Holdings provides no verifiable regulatory licence. An unregulated broker answers to no one: it can freeze withdrawals, invent fees, and disappear with deposits, all without consequence. This alone is reason enough to stay away.

According to its website, it claims to be regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Still, the FCA number format is FRN, not SIC as provided on the website, which is a red flag. In addition, we checked and found that it is not regulated by the FCA. In essence, NovaFX Holdings is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. NovaFX Holdings appears to be a scam.
