We could find no evidence that GOLDCIRCLE holds a valid licence from any recognised financial regulator. Trading client funds without authorisation is one of the strongest indicators of a scam — there is no regulator to complain to, and no protection for your money.

Our analysis

GOLDCIRCLE, officially known as GOLDCIRCLE TECH, does not display any regulatory information, nor does it provide a company registration address or contact phone number, making it impossible for us to determine its operational jurisdiction. Upon further investigation, we found that its domain was registered as recently as June 14, 2025—extremely new, which raises significant red flags. Given these factors, it is highly suspicious and likely a fraudulent broker.

Can you recover money lost to GOLDCIRCLE?

If you have deposited with GOLDCIRCLE, do not pay any further “fees” to withdraw — that is part of the trap.
